Yes, Petersburrgray, if you look at the chart it suggests more or less what you have described, which is a gradually deteriorating condition that finally became serious abruptly.  I say that because RVM does not participate in the second bump upwards that is evident in most PM stocks around Nov. after the earlier increase in price in Sept.  It shows instead a rise and then a gradual and continuous decline to where we are today.  So charts do speak!  But what we have before us now in a long term view is a dramatically undervalued stock that all of us should be taking advantage of to the extent that we can!
