Hey Kaiser, are you that depressed so you care about useless sp target not backed by any facts or meaningful educated opinion? Pec is not going to move without the partners and more drilling.  At this point it is extremely risky. Maybe galp could buy them but they will not offer 1$ per share, I would be more than happy with .25$
