LSQ in 2013 - DP or NBSK producer ?

LSQ in 2013 - DP or NBSK producer ?

Back on Dec 5/2012, the value investor club write-up post on this thread indicated that when LSQ first comes on-line in 2013, it would do so as an NBSK producer, and wouldn't begin DP production until 2015. (see Asset #4 portion of write-up) Has anyone heard if this is in fact going to be the case ?
