RE: RE: RE: RE: GOOD NEWS. GERMAN MARKET I believe that M.C. is releasing anything that may raise the sp but it is very vague and the market is reacting accordingly. The same with the Tenksolar deal. It had to be approved by Tenk and we have heard nothing as of yet and nothing about the certification of the new unit.
My understanding is the basic inverter's profit is approx. $400 per unit (before overhead) depending on incentives which means one heck of a pile of inverters need to be sold to amount to anything. The company is no doubt operating on a shoe string to keep the doors open and the power storage market may be its' only hope. If the Tenk is as good as it hints at, Japan could very well be a big market but like all other ventures announced so far, it can fizzle out just as quickly.
My thinking is that if this product is so unique and so good, why hasn't a large solar company grabbed it up at this SP?
