Is everyone reading the same NR's? Stating that offtake agreements with IMC were negotiated, deadlines that have passed without any reference as to where negotiations stand, site construction that is apparently supposed to be already underway yet no update on that as well.... The list goes on and on and on. Yes, Goodman on the board seems to be a positive sign, but at the end of the day, Jesus could be on the board and it wouldnt prevent this thing from tanking if they dont take the appropriate steps. I was the first one to talk about shopping this deal around when IMC was dragging its feet, so my opinion isnt "worthless" chatter. My opinion is blunt, and straight to the point. Ive said it before and ill say it again, The C-Nooc deal worth billions and billions of dollars was firmed up way faster then this deal. That should lead everyone to believe something is up: Maybe a buyout on the horizon, IMC taking a realllllllly long time to properly value Woulfe on a per share basis OR IMC/Financing fallout and WOF is dragging its feet to find a suitable alternative. I dont know any business in the world that can just stagnate without generating income for long periods of time without being in huge financial difficulty. Food for thought.
