RE: New MOU

RE: New MOU

While MOUs are "a dime a dozen" at EFL, and while I also am sceptical about the ability of small companies in general to generate the resources to be successful in joint ventures, the idea of a minority stake in EFL is somewhat intriguing.  If a JV partner also has skin in the game (say 10%), it has a real interest to have best practices forced on the junior partner.  And by golly, that is really needed at EFL.  So, overall, Varadero could be right that this is the most important news about EFL in a long time.  Forget MOUs, but a financial stake in EFL, that could "clean house"
