It sends a strong signal of sneakiness and untrustworthiness at best. " I am not bashing "

Just doing research and DD because MTO looks Great to me on the surface. Quite the set up they have. Very impressive. I checked out Canadian Insider SEDI and noticed that MTO Board Member Tristram Coffin has sold off MTO holdings to the tune of over 300,000 shares since October 16, 2012. The last 100,000 shares were sold off just over a week ago on Feb 10, 2013. Makes me take a step back and rethink.

Tacit approval is two words one does not want to come into contact with when investing.
