It would have been nice to keep the option agreement with 30% interest in the property for longer and sell when it was proven up a bit more but given the present lack of interest in this sector I can appreciate having that cash now and be able to move the project generator model forward. With Sonora Res. at $0.19/share I figure this deal represents around 19.5 million shares at $0.02 that Yale won't need to issue.
