Get real.. You sound like you are in junior land for the first time.. If not, then you should really control your enthusiasm.. Deal is done when the money changes hands.. Until then 'subject to' clauses rule the day..

Every one of these companies on Venture has conditions attached to news releases even when they are on firm footing..   That is every company, small or large has a mile long disclaimer on every presentation and news releases..
