Agreement on all comments and observations since I have seen this all before also....but not in a company with this structure.  Two years ago the financials were solid and the stock price  reflected that.  Even with a sizable drop to the 4.50$ range, the company was undervalued and prime for takeout ...which surprisingly did not happen even in a very positive market.  At 3.50$...the negative income statements are starting to worry me.  If this negative pattern continues, who in their right mind would want to buy a company awash in red ink...going forward...at any price?   I await the conference call and quarterly report...and hope those registered will ask some tough question and we get some straight answers.  I re read 8 quarterly reports and guidance .....and unless I am missing something....I don't see anything to explain the 40% swing in stock value in one year.
