RE: RE: RE: Special Meeting April 24. Honestly I'm still pro ATK's assets I've just switched over to be 100% anti-Kehoe. He's the CEO of an oil company and he basically gave me the 'the cheques in the mail' treatment for 6 months. The company has some great land, Kehoe just added a bunch of debt and no direction to go along with it. If they do have an agreement in principal it will be higher than the current share price. What has probably been hurting us all along is Kehoe's assertion that since on paper ATK is worth 12 cents/share then that is what someone would eventually offer. While he was maintaining that view production went from 280bbls/day to 120bbls/day and now they don't even have enough revenue coming in to keep the company a float and everyone knows it so the offer is probably more in the 4-5 cent range.
