I hope the board rejects this deal, this is not a good deal for Beaufield at this time.

Look around, the markets are collapsing, the retailers are pulling out their cash in the face of political manipulation and the traders and MM's are shorting everything in sight. Hang onto your cash Beaufield, you're going to need it just to stay alive for the next 12 months.
