We should all go! Could you imagine? Joe! You could bring your hat! I would eat mine too, just to be a sport. Only trouble is these guys are prone to cancel the meeting again 3 hours before its scheduled to start. Joking aside though, you would think a little honesty would kill them. If they had of come out right from the beginning and said: "The company hasn't been doing all that well, and we don't want to run it anymore so we are thinking of proposing a merger. Also, since we were miles off of our mission statement of "sustainable dividends and modest growth" we will forego our large severance packages." I'm sure they would have been met with far less resistance. Ok, I know the last part is wishful thinking, but you get the idea.
