Logically, I should not be replying to your post as I mentioned that I am not looking for any stupid arguments or diverting from the topic at hand.
As regards to your question, I believe this is a board where people prefer to post anonymously (usernames are most probably not real names). I am sure your real name is not Bridge Jumper and mine is not BustaRhymes!!
Also, the corporate governance policy of my firm has nothing to do with the discussion I am currently entertaining. So, I believe it is irrelevant for you to even bring it up.
Now, unless you want to put forth your point of view regarding tendering v/s not tendering and your reasons for doing so, I am not interested in wasting mine and everybody's time posting trash. I see we have a lot of these already on this board.
