The Woulfe Mining CEO Brian Wesson is the brains behind this project. He put this all together. Now he has brought in the billionaire Ned Goodman and his company Dundee to complete the master plan. In my opinion a grand bargain will be struck with the bank and IMC. If not then Dundee will step in and fund this project and make IMC pay dearly for future tungsten needs because of their failure to close this deal.
