It's assets aren't worth jumping all over unless you plan to stick with it long term on all the project and at the moment windster is the most valuable prize... If the whole company was just windstar the company would of been bought out long ago albeit for a bit less. There is value in buying WND stock if the price tanks as current management have bought these assets to develop them ALL but with a change in control another company may not want to pursue each project WND has going. Forcing a lower bid Nakate says 10% but I believe they will miss by less than that but still miss.
