SADLY

SADLY

The 2 year chart here is very typical of the whole pack of over promising and under achieving venture exchange companies. This one is done, finito, curtains, snowballs chance in he..., No one cares, no one is going to finance, so many "far better" cash starved projects lining up in the bread lines. 2 years ago @ 12 - 15 cents before the crash after the obvious miss-----200K shares was 30 g`s, today it`s 2 g`s or 200 K @ a penny for those who can`t do simple math.-----factor in the inevitable reverse split, lets say 1 for 10, because we all know these guys are out of scratch, then dilution.....200 K becomes 20 K then fast forward 3 months after accounts payable and asscotiated cash burn to forward the very average, lack luster holdings and your 20 K @ a dime has slid back to 2 cents.....RECAP..... 200 K @ 15 cents became 200 k @ 1 cent-----1 for 10 reverse split = 20 K @ 10 cents-----fast forward 3-6 months-----10 cents becomes 2 cents, 20 K @ 2 cents  = $400. From 30 g`s to a lousy $400 in 18 months if you decided to hold this issue. Touch your toes boys and girls----here comes daddy. Regcourt = Pie in the Sky...so glad I sold before the last round of dismall results were released. Since then I continue to watch and there is absolutely no reason I can find to invest here. Someone please tell me I am wrong.
