You hold when it is $2.85 thinking it will go up , yet sell under $2.40 what changed ? Your misperception ?

So Jeff could sell the co , but then couldnt and BEP can't win because Jeff can't sell the co ??? 

 

The only logical conclusion you could actually have came up with is BEP would win enough ( as they have)
