well, to me this is a positive news. to raise 16.5mil at 10c SFF would have had to issue 165mil shares (plus probably 1/2 warrant for each share) instead of 33mil 10c warrants as per the NR. Sure, SFF will have to pay the money back in three years.

Now we have great drill results plus we have cash...
