I am not sure about you, but the word acquisition sounds like a possible buyout offer to me. Now the offer might involve a variety of different ways to accomplish it such as shares, cash, partnering, etc.
I will agree on the point that the NR was vague in regards to specific details to valuation, interested party, etc. But that does not change the fact that there is some interest out there already in the yappn platform. Once again all i am saying is that i find it interesting that in an early stage of development, yappn is already getting some interest in it. Whether it amounts to anything substantial down the road is a wait and see.
But you bashers should at least try to be fair with your assessment of a NR, and not autumatically beat it down because you hate the company in general
