RE: RE: RE: RE: Next 8 days: Who's 'JD' Yoshi? Life is peaceful on this forum now, not a 'maze' of compounding insults. Conjecture is just that, so allow me to 'conject' (yes, that is a non-word)... and I look forward to other's conjecture. There are at least 100 readers here, so please post strangers and lurkers.
BTI stock will appreciate no matter what, on its own schedule. Everyone is guessing at the timing. My timing sentiments coincide with Sir Holler, even though we are told by some there is no room for sentiment at all... or reading into the news releases. But it is all just part of an individual's educated and/or emotional perspective from CEO to IR to investors. Emotions play a huge part in the markets from ripple effect to herd mentality to crashes as most here know.
Rumours from 'Joe' who knows 'Pete' who knows the uncle of 'Sam' who knows a huge investor, who knows other large investors, one of whom is a personal friend of the CEO ... who all gossip amongst themselves on the 'latest' activity of the company and 'insiders', along with self-appointed 'experts' ... of course, know what is going on behind the scenes. The rabble, the horde of small retail investors; the uninformed; the neophytes, the unwashed, uneducated, sycophants, the posters who are simply too stupid to understand (unless they bow to the movers and shakers for crumbs of wisdom) the posters who make typing errors and spelling errors; the non-fraternity ... are all left to wander on their own in the desert. One must pay one's dues or there is no water. Alas, we are left to our own miserable journies and must scrounge in the dirt and pay heed to the 'cryptic' hint of the emissarie's 'messengers'. Woe to the common man, the dullard, however sentimental. None of it will have the slightest efffect on the stock price or news releases.
A herd mentality shift into BTI however, would be very emotional for us all. Timing.
