Wait till next week The U.S. Treasury will reach the end of its borrowing authority at the end of February; without an agreement to raise the debt ceiling, the U.S. would default on its $16.4-trillion debt, with catastrophic consequences for the economy. People seem to think thngs are now OK in the U.S.. However, they have no choice but to print more money. This means the price of gold will be going up again soon because people will once again dislike the U.S. dollar.
