with all his qualities (and he has them) he will have to deliver soon (before April) or he won't want his complete Bio to be public info.

He's running a year or two behind schedule and facing deadlines now.

Good attribute is the unselfish lack of salary and subsequent drawdown which means he and his staff actually are working for nearly free and have placed their personal reward for effort and time into the success of this operation.
