Scott, I am one of complainers about "Posting only in French" on a public blog hosted in Ontario. In Ontario, we have bilingualism, both English and French and it's a law to print/afix/provide informations in both English and French. We are not Quebec, where does exist the "Against English Language Law"... We do not have an "Against French Language Law", but if your Marie want to post a comment on on Ontario Blog in French, she has to post it in English as well... That's the law. As far as I know, the French speaking population is only 40-41% of population, concentrated in Eastern Ontario mostly...

This statistic does not count the new emigrants, who speak neither Enlish nor French...

I am an emigrant too, but I respect Ontario regulations...
