The Gold Plateau Project is situated at the eastern margin of the Selous Basin where the Karoo and young sedimentary rock are in fault contact with low to high-grade metamorphosed rocks of Neoproterozoic age belonging to the Mozambique Belt.

I guess my question has a few assumptions that may be over the top.  It would not be unheard of though for a reverse stock split first to get HNDI shares in line then complete a merger.  Not knowing some key questions I would not recommend one but I was doing some out loud thinking. The question was merely to elicit some discussion.  I appreciate the information about Layne.
