just looked at prelim prospectus.  garbage. no new info.  this smells.  are they trying to push this through now beforewe get Q4 results, buy a couple days, cause results are getting better?

for debt repayment and general business - no sheeeeet, that where all cash flow goes.  some details please? are they still bleeding cash and desperate for money, or are they turning the corner and SC is trying to steal the company? its likely one or the other, pick your poisen.  I hate this.
