Insider Purchases Many of us small investors quite rightfully worry about getting a raw deal from the principal investors and management. Often the big guys line their own pockets and the little guys get left with the crumbs.
MGM is truly the exception. I spend yesterday going through the SEDI reports and tabulating how much each of the Directors and Officers have invested. I think it is a good story. For example, Clay has invested over $90 million in MGM and his average price is $0.74. Of the Directors, Chernoff has the largest holdings and has invested $2.8 million in the company at an average costs of $0.72.
I hope that everyone is in for a lot less than that. Even at the present price, you would be doing better than the big dogs.
