Fisherman may be a little light in his valuations if a couple of fairly modest assumptions come to pass.  These assumptions have strong interrelationship and a strong likelihood of resolving in 2014. First, the NA pipeline bottleneck resolves.  Second WTI catches up to Brent in price (assuming as well oil price does not crater internationally.  If so, I am with Fisherman.  Bring on a three bagger!
