Tullum is buying back 12 million shares for $6 mil but it doesn't matter whether they or someone else buys the shares. $12 million still goes out the door to Tullum. I don't see how Tullum can even claim damages when they are being allowed to buy shares in the current PP.
Personally, I think that Goldmet got screwed over (again) just like we did. Notice this deal is announced the day after the deal was announced with Goldmet.
If Baldock was in the USA, I think they'd want to feature him on the CNBC show "American Greed".
