Drilling 5000 meter horizontal wells with major fracs is pretty expensive, you generally have to drill a few from the same lease to make them pay somewhat near what traditional conventional wells do. There is definitely sizzle and some steak here... The 1.35$-1.65$ number I mention is just what I assume to be downside risk. Everything I buy I come up with a scenario that determines how much money I can loose. Right now risk reward in Donny is pretty even.... at 1.88 the other day it was getting pretty close to low relative risk. Montney is like oilsands, alot of money to put up initially so it has to go well. If the wells end up like Delphi s' or Donnybrooks wells only producing a few hundred barrels per day a few years later after initially pumping out 2500-3500 barrels per day getting everyone excited.>
