From what I read about AGM Meetings... The Canadian Business Corporation Act states that a Corporation "..must hold a share holders meeting on a date that is no later than 15 months after holding the last preceding annual meeting, but no later than six months after the end of its preceding financial year."
From looking at Sedar it appears that the last Annual & Special Meeting of Share Holders was held on 12/20/2011. If the Audited Annual Financial Statements of 10/26/2012 constitutes being the end of our preceding financial year then maybe the Company might be ok until 04/26/2013?
Not sure if the above is accurate but I'm sure this Board will make mince meat of it if it is not.
