Yeah - perhaps this is the best solution - give us a bit more of dividend, and reduce payout to the exiting management. Then we might say YES. Letting a NO vote win may not be the best deal too - what's the point of trying to keep a management that sold ER (our cash cow), and may be unwilling to work anymore ?

Trying to force them to stay may only cause them to try 'other new tricks' in future. If they wanna go, release them, but give us a fair deal ! It's better to let them go !!!
