RE: RE: great bump before the close!

if that is the case - I would have expected a bump in the CHX stock price and a volume spike.  Neither occurred.

Buy and Sell - you are an insider and a wealthy man. I understand your frustrations.  (You claim a large holding in PCE and state everyone loves the proposed incoming management).  This deal is good for you - but was it constructed at arms length?  Was loyalty to friends placed ahead of getting the best deal possible for shareholders @ AVF and PCE?   Is the CHX allocation excessive given the debt, assets and production?

Calling others idiots - because the merger dilutes equity and fails to reflect full value is absurd.  The stock price in the two quality companies did not capitulate  when the meeting was postponed.  The inherent value in both companies is known.  Accusing others of being "paid bashers" is equally absurd.

The proposed merger is expensive, fails to reflect the value of our  equity in PCE and looks like little more than a management reshuffle.....................

If the deal goes through then so be it. Incoming management will have a lot to prove.

Cheers
