A contract means that there are obligations to be met. Do you feel you have been fairly represented? Anything can be changed Joe. Many executives did not take home what their contacts had stated post 2008 meltdown because they either didn't deserve it(some were lucky to escape without jail time), or the company could no longer afford it. I'm with Kherson, we need new management, and we need to get back on track and pointed in the right direction. Like I said, it's going to take a while, but I don't see civilizations need for oil and gas drying up anytime soon.
