It depends. This is not a typical play. Its an unvonventional resource play. The thing with a shale play is that the shale goes on and on and on and on. So theoreitcally if you hit in one area the rest of the shale could easily be the same. Thats the reason why a Signidcant discover license (SDL) could be possible through arguement. Typically SDL are off shore type licenses because you are drilling a structure underwater. However in this case the "shale" could be argued as the continious target.
