Joe, the merger does not give new management just old management from chx...the new management will come after a no vote at the next agm...and who knows perhaps all you need is a few good directors that won t let the experience people walk over them... avf has paid me a lot of dividends over the last 6 years in bad or good times..let s shake things up at the next agm
