Wait a minute,... a NO vote might work out here depending on how long it is before the next AGM for us to vote out the current management. The problem with a YES vote here (in contrary to what I said at the starting post of this thread) is we will be changing from one bad management to another management which has a negatve track record. It's like jumping from the boiling kettle to a hot pan.

If we vote NO, we will keep the boiling kettle, but can a chance to get something better in the next AGM, but that's provided the current management does not siphon out everything before time for the next AGM.
