To add a further note, if we are given a special dividend from the sale of ER, perhaps we might consider giving CHX a chance though they have had a lousy record earlier. And add that with a reduced severance pay for the current management.

Otherwise, we'd take a chance with a NO vote instead and wait for the next AGM to vote out the current management, and start our lives all over again !!! What do you say ?
