we are here in Germany an association of the CMK-Shareholder, we really dont uderstand that such a company goes down only because of they have a wrong "Management - No flexibility"
We cannot understand that the management couldn't sell one ton of coal just to get some money back and to pay the debt (even with losts)
The deal with Marret is worse than to sell the existing quantity of coal at lower price, is better to go with Marret.
Second you were not able to catch & hold your clients (you really shoul be a person who has no idea of business) to stop a factory because you didn't get the price you expect.from the market.
Now please stop the serie of troubles and mistakes and stop the deal with Marret, this is the only possibility to get the share prices slowly back.
Invest in some sales people please and dont wait for your banrupcy
