Place you bets....

Place you bets....

OK my fellow bag holders.  It looks like a deal has been reached with someone.   We probably see news shortly announcing the deal.  This would e followed by a mailing to shareholders with more specifics and a voting form. And then the Special Meeting announcing the results and plans to execute the components of the deal.

l

So, the question is........WHAT'S THE DEAL??  Some possibilities:

1. The entire Company is sold for cash/stock.  My odds 5%

2.  The  Company is sold but only the Manitoba asset is transferred.  The remaining assets  are bundled into a new company and ATK shareholders receive shares.  My odds 20%

3.  A merger . New company is formed and ATK shareholders receive shares in the new Company. A consolidation 1-10...1-20?   This option would have no value to it since it would just mean less shares at a higher price and IMO........unless it had significant production/reserves added by the new partner and a comprehensive drilling program announced immediately, the new price, 10 cents, 20 cents, whatever it is would be obliterated in a very short time.   This is a bad option. But since they have been unable to do a decent deal , and are now backed into a financial corner ,  my odds.....65%.

4.  A realignment made possible by some sort of a financial, capitalization deal where management, assets remain in tact .  This could include many possibilities regarding consolidation, debt, . So, who knows?  Odds 10%

Im sure there are other possibilities .  But enough to chew on .
