LEX merging with MUX

ok, yes .. saw that they might publish the 2012 annual reports around end of March (as last year).

Would be interesting to know, how Low the price can fall. At one point of time Rob and MUX should be interested to merge with LEX ... Surely not by cash payment (as MUX just raized 60 million dollar on existing shareholder money for their "own" projects).

But maybe byissueing MUX shares for the take-over; just like their TNS law suite (settled by issuing MUX shares too) ?

Any opinion on this, folks ?
