Ahhh, Josef Schachter...

 

I remember last July when CNQ was trading around $26 and he told his BNN audience he predicted the oils (and specifcally CNQ) had another 20% downside.  Guess what --it never happened.  That was CNQs low for the year.

 

That same show one of his top picks was DEE...
