 I think the article should read " plans to produce 1.2 million tons of tungsten annually beginning in mid-2013, with a potential value reaching  160 billion Korean Wons".   The 160 billion figure is tied to annual production. Hence 1.2 million tons per year would yield approx. 160 billion KRW or approx. $147 million USD...if I got the conversion correct.. much more realistic in my humble view.   NO way it could be $160 BILLION DOLLARS  unless they find rare diamonds buried in them "thare" hills alongside the tungsten
