for BOD Have insiders been given information that we are not privvy to? And should'nt we complain to the regulatior by writing soome emails?
Goldmet issued a PR saying they hap reached an agreemnt that no PP would take place. Monument's board denied it next day, then over a couple of weeks, Goldment said that they were in favour of a more limited PP and a standstill agreement for 12 months. Yes, I know there was a $12 M payout to a board member as well, but that is incidental to my arguement. Either Goldment changed their mind because they received insider information or what??
1. If anybody on this board wants to feed me some points for the Venture Exchange Regulators (GUYZOOGAZOO seems to have dropped off the board, but it would be similar to his campaigns, three weeks ago to suspend the dilutive PPs), I will put together an email.
2. I think we all would like to seee justice done done wrt insider info - above - perhaps a different regulator - I'll check this out.
3. If Romera or anyone else would like to put their name forward as an independent director, I'll support you. I forget who the "institutional" investors are, but they might like to put a name forward for BOD or for a new CEO - but please someone who can produce mining results like Mr. Baldock :)
All comments welcome.
