"Considering that Jeff claims to have encountered significant hydrocarbon at 1711 I totally agree with 'zakmirza' that any hit will create unbelievable noise and the real estate turns from a buyer to a sellers market. WE STILL HAVE A SHOT NO MATTER WHAT BECAUSE OF 1711'S LOCATION"....your right 'passport' and I agree with everything you have said except for one thing...it doesn't sound as if a miracle needs to happen for something fantastic to transpire my friend.
