something is not right
This was not our first offer to be involved in a public offering for Ortsbo. In late September 2010, we announced that we had received an offer from a US listed company with a valuation for Ortsbo of $30 Million. The Company never accepted that offer.

Is it not up to the shareholders to decide or vote on any offer of the company ...or was it all an imagination..cansomeone show me this offer in balck and white print  ..or was it all talk..without actuall legal tender offer that sharholders would vote over.....
