FINISHED NOT GOING TO HAPPEN in 2013

FINISHED NOT GOING TO HAPPEN in 2013

That is it, VUI foolish and poorly handled attempt, in my humble opinion, has FAILED for 2013. 23 Feb was the last day of the Virginia Legistalture for 2013.

The Virginia Assembly/Legislature is done for 2013 and the Governor is not going against the "Will of the People" Majority of the Legislature, VOTERS/CITIES/TOWNS VERY STRONG OPPOSITION.

Now VUI price will drop below 25 cents and below 20 cents, in my humble opinion. Specualtors and Lottery hopefuls LOST and will/should get out.

VUI wasted a  lot of $$$$$ in their failed lobbying efforts. They need to change MGMT and Staff and bring in people who know how to work in a difficult situation and overcome the Strong opposition by winning over the Opposition vs the way VUI handled it, in my humble opinion.
