MAGINDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Will Burton, MagIndustries Corp.'s chief financial officer, has resigned his position to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Burton's resignation is effective on March 25, 2013. The board of directors has authorized a search for a new chief financial officer; strong candidates have been identified, and an appointment will be announced in the coming weeks.

The company's board of directors and management thank Mr. Burton for his contribution to the company over the past seven years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
