thanks for the info Vanboarder. You ask what do we think ?  Well one factor is when will we get news on new pipeline connstruction ? 

USA approval of Keystone, and a start to the twinning of the Kinder Morgan TransMountain pipeline in BC will act as good news for the sector, as will increasing rail shipments.

Global demand increases will help  as car useage increases in India and China.

When the market see how fast the decline rates are for Shale gas, and that many reserves are not economical to develop , this will help.

So the time frame for a recovery, and the re-entry of Mutual Fund companies into the sector,  will depend on when these issues get addressed.  A year or two ?
