RE: Special meeting on April 23?

I think it's just the annual general meeting. They did this last year...calling it "special". I actually flagged it last year as being significant but in the end there wasn't anything 'special' about the meeting. Not sure if this is the case this year but it probably doesn't mean anything out of the ordinary.
